Just Another Life; Chapter 3

Why cant I sleep I couldn't stop thinking about lunch tomorrow and every time it pops in my head I start to smile,

“I see someone is smiling” said Fatima its like she has some sixth sense I just ignored her

“Why aren’t you asleep” I asked

“To be honest I am picking what to wear tomorrow for lunch in my head I mean I want to look breathtaking” she said as her eyes light up

“Oh my god get over it”

“You are the last one to talk I know you’ve been thinking about Hamad the whole time that’s why you were smiling” she said as she sat and looked me

I just turned to look at the other side of the bed and ignored her, before I could know it I see a beam of light hit my face and somebody jumping on my bed so enthusiastic my eyelids feel heavy the light hurts when I finally open them I see Maryam jumping on my bed like a four year old “get of the bed this instance” I said through my teeth

“How could you treat you sister like that when all she wants is to express her joy” I hear a familiar voice saying that in a mocking way, wait isn’t that what I told Hamad and then before I know it he is standing in front of me with biggest smile ever, I pulled the cover over my head and begged the earth to swallow me, I peaked through the cover hopping the earth really did open a hole and dragged me to it, I was still in my room Maryam and Fatima laughing thank god I just imagined him there “the look on your face priceless” said Fatima, Maryam imitated my face expression so now that wasn’t a dream what is happening “yalla get ready we are going to six flags” Maryam said

“I don’t want to I want to sleep” I replied

“Trust me you want to go Hamad and Marwan are going with us” Fatime said like an excited baby who you just handed her a lollipop

“Then let me rephrase that I defiantly don’t want to go”

 “No you are coming” Fatima said all angry

“Hmm maybe if Hamad came she would change her mind” my little evil sister said like she invented something so brilliant yet evil

“Fine I will get ready”

“We will be waiting in the lobby” Fatima said heading to the door waving

“No wait” I screamed “I didn’t eat anything”

“We will get something on the way” then I hear the door close

“ughghghgh” I said

“We heard that” I hear them both say through the door

as I arrived to the lobby they all looked at me “seriously that’s what you decided to wear” Fatime said to my ears smiling and acting cool,  I looked at my clothes in surprise I was wearing a normal shirt with jeans and toms shoes we are just going to six flags I don’t see the point in dressing when I will come a mess and she wasn't wearing anything fancy either just a shirt and shorts

“I think you look beautiful” said Hamad like he was reading my mind he said it just like the way they o in the movies when the prince says it to the princess

“Thank you” I bend a little just like the way the princess and gave Fatima a I told you so look does he laughed

“That’s soo cute” she said in the sweetest way possible “now lets go “ she quickly turned into her grumpy self

“Don’t forget my food” I said trying to keep up with her walking I didn’t want to stay alone with Hamad at the back

“You and food do you love anything more than food” she said

“Hmmm” I said pretending to think “nope” I answered

“I am hungry too” said Marwan

“There is this great breakfast restaurant on our way” said Hamad

We headed to the car as I opened the car door and as I sit, I see Hamad sitting beside me “oh god” I said under my breath

“I heard that” he said with a grin

“Marwan can you drive a little bit faster I am starving” I said

“Don’t be a baby we will arrive soon” Marwan replied

“Don’t be mean” Hamad said

“We get it you like her no need to act all sweet” Marwan said

my face became red I finally managed to talk

“Your friend is mean” I said hoping he can hear me

“I heard that” he said looking through the mirror so he can see me

“I don’t care” I replied confidently

“Stop acting like kids” said Fatima

“We are here” said Hamad

we hoped of the car heading to the restaurant I see Marwan laughing at me

“What” I said

“Nothing” he replied with a grin

“Just ignore him” Hamad said

   just my luck he is sitting right in front, finally the food came and as I take my first bite he stares at me and smiles and so on “what is wrong with you soon you will see the inside if my stomach from how much you stare at me” I said angrily

“Stop it” said Hamad looking at Marwan

he finally did and I could enjoy every bite in peace, and it is one hell of an awkward ride to six flags
